Only one more exam!
So far all the finals have gone VERY WELL except for statistics, which I'm not sure about yet. I have one last final exam on Monday morning, then I am done!
I must make sure I study over the weekend, because the class is easy, but has a lot of content.

Finished With Stats Homeworks

After we got to re-do all of our Statistics homework, a friend and I did them for 8 hours on Wednesday, and a group got together this afternoon for another 2 or 3 hours. By 5:00pm we had to turn them in. After lots of calculating and SPSS, we finally turned all the homeworks in.

Now it is time to start studying for my Spanish oral exam tommorrow afternoon. It is important I also make time for studying my other classes. I have to make myself stay up till 2:00am tonight then wake up at 8:00am. Hopefully this "finals-day-simulation" will help. Adios!

Crunch Time

I've always enjoyed being busy, but this week will put that thinking to the test. With finals coming up and the semester winding down I have been extremely busy. I also work till 2:00am everyday of the finals except for the last. The greatest enemy I will have during finals is exhaustion. To combat this, I plan on sleeping everyday at around 2:00am and waking up at 8:00am. This will set the pace for my routine in the week ahead. I will also start eating on a very regular schedule.

Here is a quick breakdown of finals:

Wed 8th - 357M 9am till noon - Somewhat easy. Lots of writting.
Thur 9th - Statistics 9am till noon - Very difficult. Needs most studying.
Thur 9th - Spanish7pm till 10pm - Difficult. Needs good amount of studying and lots of practice.
Fri 10th - 335M 9am till noon - Relatively easy. Must review and refresh authors.
Mon 13th - Geology 9am til noon - Easiest. Still needs lots of revision.

Stats

Stats is taking over. Me and a friend spent the last 8 hours working on all 7 of the previous stats homeworks which can be re-done for a grade. We got through 3, I already have 2 of them done and we need to still do the last two.

I also think I have the golf bug now.

Today's Progress

I completed and understood two chapters of spanish out of 4 chapters I need to cover. This was grammar and not vocabulary which is almost as important. So far today I have not got ANY STATS DONE. It is important to get all this done because TOMMORROW IS THE LAST DAY TO TURN IN HOMEWORK. I should probably call someone in my class to work on it with.

To Do List for Wednesday

-Re-finish every Stats homework so I can fix them in office hours tommorrow morning.
-Fill HouseOfRave orders in morning and add a product.
-After Geology class, study Spanish and make final grammar review sheet.

Did I Finish My Work?

No.
I finished getting a new ID card, adding a product to houseofrave, filling houseofrave orders, chapters 1-3 of statistics, making some content for Timber Trace website.

I didn't re-finish all my old stats homeworks or get any Spanish done. I spent the last half hour driving golf balls in front of our apartment with our neighbor and my roommate.

I need to concentrate and work harder. I also need to spend more time on campus where I am more productive.

A New Day, A New Start

Today is a perfect day to get things done. I have only two classes and 5 hours of study time at work, let's see how much of my studying I can get done. If all goes right, today I will have accomplished:
-Find broken links in HOR video section
-Get new ID card
-Write out all Spanish grammar topics
-Write out all Spanish vocabulary
-Re-finish all old statistics homeworks
-Make content aspect of Timber Trace Website

The Spanish and statistics work will be the hardest so I must concentrate on them more. I have very little time left to improve, make the most of it.

Purpose Of This Blog

I would like to keep a clearcut record of my academic progress over these last few months of my college career. It is currently the Monday after Thanksgiving break, and only 1 week of class is left. I am doing fine in all of my classes except Statistics and Spanish.

I need to realize there is a severe time restriction in place to improve my grades in these two classes, so I must utilize my spare time to its full capacity. This blog will help me track my progress, improve on weaknesses and motivate me to work harded.
